Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. This policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our clients and our local partners.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a 100% refund of the tour price.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows (failure to appear at the agreed meeting point and time) are non-refundable.

Refund Conditions

Refunds apply to the tour price only.

Please note that transaction and processing fees charged by PayPal or other payment providers are non-refundable. Any such fees will be deducted from the refunded amount, where applicable.

How to Cancel

Cancellation requests must be sent by email or WhatsApp using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
The time of receipt of the cancellation request determines refund eligibility.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used (PayPal or bank transfer).

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Changes and Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • adverse weather conditions
  • safety or security concerns
  • decisions by local authorities or service providers

Jasmin Adventures reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour.

In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date, activity, or equivalent service. Refunds will be considered only if no reasonable alternative can be provided.

Program Changes

Minor changes to the itinerary, timing, or service providers may occur due to operational reasons and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
